USWest:  Call Waiting Promotion

Although the product became a standard phone service feature long ago, this demo – from the days when it was marketed as an upgrade – is still fun to watch.  (My role: Creative Director.)

Notable: To this day, this is often featured on those "World's Funniest TV Commercials" shows.
