McDonnell Douglas:  Program Advocacy

The ads below are a few of the advocacy efforts I worked on for the McDonnell Douglas Company (now Boeing). The first ad commemorated the long partnership between McDonnell Douglas and the U.S. Navy. Word has it a few members of the top brass cried when they saw it. Softies.  Ads two and three were part of a successful campaign urging government decision makers to continue funding for the U.S. Army's Apache helicopter program. The ads told the real stories of how enemy combatants had surrendered to the helicopter on sight during Operation Desert Storm.  (My role: Art Director.) 

Notable: The Apache campaign was awarded a Creativity Magazine Certificate of Distinction and was a finalist in the New York Festivals Awards.
